Full payments are applicable and required for the following scenarios

  • If your event was booked with less than 2 weeks notice; 
  • And/or if your event total cost is under $299.99.

Once the full payment is received, we will be able to book the date for the client. No exceptions. The payment is non-refundable 2 hours after booking.

Note: different Policies apply for our Grab & Go Thematic Decor Sets (see below).

Payments for orders over $300.00 up to $899.99

  • Full payment is required if your event was booked with less than 2 weeks notice. Otherwise, a different payment policy applies (see below);
  • 50% of deposit is required to complete your order and book the date;
  • The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to the event date;
  • The initial deposit is non-refundable 24 hours after booking;
  • In case of cancellation anytime after booking, the client agrees that the deposit that was collected fairly compensates Glamour Balloons Boutique for committing to provide the services and turning down potential clients and projects;
  • Event decoration details can be modified up to 15 days prior to the event date. For example, balloon style and colors, backdrop colors etc;
  • Requests to remove services that was previously hired will be considered as a cancellation and will not be refunded;
  • Date change is possible as long as we have availability for the new date requested. A modification fee of 30% of the total amount will be charged and the client has up to 2 months to use the credit and book a new date (within 2 months). If 60 days after cancellation has passed, and no date change has been requested or booked, the client will no longer be allowed to reschedule the event. No refunds will be made. No exception.

  • In case of cancellation, the client agrees that the deposit that was collected fairly compensates Glamour Balloons Boutique for committing to provide the services and turning down potential clients and projects;
  • Event decoration details can be modified up to 21 days prior to the event date. For example, balloon style and colors, backdrop colors etc;
  • Requests to remove services that was previously hired will be considered as a cancellation and will not be refunded;
  • Date change is possible as long as we have availability for the new date requested. A modification fee of 25% of the total amount will be charged and the client has up to 3 months to use the credit and book a new date (within 3 months). If 90 days after cancellation has passed, and no date change has been requested or booked, the client will no longer be allowed to reschedule the event. No refunds will be made. No exceptions.

Grab & Go Thematic Decor sets policies

The most popular service in this category is our Grab & Go Thematic Decor Sets and for this reason, different Policies apply:

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. No exceptions.
  • The payment is non-refundable 2 hours after booking;
  • In case of cancellation at anytime after the grace period, the client agrees that the full payment that was collected is non-refundable and fairly compensates Glamour Balloons Boutique for committing to provide the services and turning down potential clients and projects;
  • Date change is not possible. In some cases, Glamour Balloons Boutique might make an exception at their own discretion (support documents may be requested);
  • For those exceptions cases (if date modification is approved), a rescheduling fee of 70% of the total amount will be charged and the client has up to 30 days to use the credit and reschedule a new date (within 30 days). If 30 days after cancellation has passed, and no date change has been requested or booked, the client will no longer be allowed to reschedule the event. No refunds will be made. No exceptions.

Security deposit & rental agreement

Glamour Balloons Boutique requires that all clients sign a Rental Agreement and the Credit Card Authorization Form, authorizing our business to use their credit card information for any payment related to their order, including the security deposit charges.

The client is responsible to read and acknowledge our Polices and ask Glamour Balloons Boutique in case of question or concerns.
 
When a client makes a purchase from Glamour Balloons Boutique, they automatically agree with all the Policies described on this page. 

Balloon arrangements

Payment, Cancellation & Delivery Policies

All Payments are upfront

Once the payment is received in full, we will be able to put the client on our schedule.

Delivery to hotels or hospitals

  • We highly recommend that you verify with the hotel or hospital if their Policies allow us to deliver balloons at their premises. And the client must confirm this information to Glamour Balloons Boutique prior to their purchase to avoid any type of misunderstanding;
  • Our staff is NOT allowed to deliver the balloons to a guest/ patient room;
  • All balloon arrangements will be delivered to the front desk staff/ bell services, unless not permitted by the hotel or hospital;
  • The client will be responsible to pick it up or request the staff to deliver the balloon arrangement to the room.

deliver to vacation homes or residences

  • All deliveries must be handed to an authorized person. 
Delivery exceptions:
We understand sometimes plans change and the expected person to receive the balloons is no longer at the delivery location at the scheduled time. 
 
In those cases, the client has 2 options: Authorize unattended delivery or to reschedule the delivery.
  • Authorize unattended delivery
If the client requests the balloons to be left unattended at the delivery location, different policies apply.
  • Rescheduling the delivery 
     
    Glamour Balloons Boutique will be more than happy to reschedule the delivery and will return with the balloons to our location. At this point, there is no refund for the purchase nor for the delivery fee. No exceptions.
     
    It is the client’s responsibility to contact Glamour Balloons Boutique in order to reschedule the new delivery.

unattended delivery policies

At the moment the client authorizes the balloons to be delivered to their door and left unattended, the client takes full responsibility for the balloons and is aware that if any issues happen after the deliver is complete, there will be no exchange or refund for the purchase nor for the delivery fee. No exceptions.
 
Possible situations (but not limited to) that can happen when leaving the balloons unattended:
 
– Weather conditions, such rain or wind can damage the balloons, pop them or they can easily fly away;
Balloons can pop if they end up touching any surface of the building (walls, door, vases, plants, mats, floor, light bulbs etc);
Unauthorized people can take the balloons;
– Dogs, cats and other animals in the area might damage the balloons.

Rescheduling the delivery

  • Once you are notified that the delivery was unsuccessful, please immediately call (407) 409-5359 to check our next available time.
  • A new delivery fee will be charged and will be calculated accordingly to the location that it will be delivered. 
  • If the client refuses to pay for a new delivery fee, they are more than welcome to pick up their order at our location in Kissimmee. Appointments are needed.
  • Please keep in mind if the balloons arrangement is air filled only, then they might last for a few days. However, if the balloons are Helium filled, we recommend the new delivery to be rescheduled for the same day* the balloons were inflated (*subjected to schedule availability). Helium inflated balloons might not look as beautiful as it was when they were made since the Helium tends to escape the balloons within time and they will get smaller (deflating process). Foil balloons have a better floating time and will last for days. 
Glamour Balloons Boutique takes no responsibility if the client is unable to reschedule the delivery for the same day due unavailability of time in our schedule. Same Policy applies for clients who are picking-up their orders.
 
No refund will be made under any circumstances!

Cancellation Policy

  • For any type of balloon arrangement, the payment is non-refundable at the time of booking. No exceptions;
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges after a balloon arrangement is made. No exceptions.
