Membership in the Program is available to any United States resident who is at least eighteen (18) years old and provides valid and accurate personal information when enrolling. Once enrolled into the Program, you will enter at the member status level and are entitled to the rewards and benefits of membership as set out herein or in promotional materials.

Glamour Balloons Boutique reserves the Right to change, suspend or terminate this Program without any notice. Points earned have no  monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash at anytime.

Terms & Conditions

Our Loyalty Program works in cycles of 18 months period – meaning that you can accumulate points for a maximum of 18 months from your first purchase. Then your balance goes back to zero points and a new cycle starts.
A cycle ends every 18 months from your first purchase – meaning that after a period of 18 months, the current cycle ends and you will no longer be able to redeem points. A new cycle will start again for 18 months after you make a new purchase.
Not transferable to another person – meaning that you cannot share your loyalty card and points with other people.
Not exchangeable for cash – meaning that the earned points or rewards cannot be exchanged for their monetary value.
Earned rewards cannot be used towards previous purchases – meaning that you cannot request a refund on previous purchases using your points.
Points cannot be earned for any purchase made using a reward coupon. All other purchases will be qualifying purchases.
Discounts earned from the Loyalty Program cannot be combined with other bonuses, offers or deals – meaning that you can only use one voucher at any one time when making a purchase, and it cannot be combined with any other vouchers or discount codes or be applied to discounted items. The voucher will only apply to the product price and will not apply to any delivery costs.
It is not possible to return rewards once claimed/redeemed.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your participation in the Program or any Rewards earned and not yet used in the event of fraud, abuse of rewards privileges, violation of these Program Terms and Conditions, or at our discretion.
Glamour Balloons Boutique will not be liable for any failure or malfunction of the Loyalty Program and the related systems, for losses or damages arising from possible changes, or for any expenses and inconveniences resulting from the use of points or rewards.
You consent to the collection and use of your personal information. We will safeguard any information you provide under the Glamour Balloons Boutique Loyalty Program, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and these Terms.
Privacy Policy – we do not share or sell any personal data to third party companies. Glamour Balloons Boutique is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, and we’ll only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you requested from us.
By registering, you confirm you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions and to the storing and processing of your personal data by Glamour Balloons Boutique as described in the Privacy Policy.
All customers have the right to withdraw their participation on our Loyalty Program and any personal information at anytime.
