What is Grab & Go Decor?
Grab & Go decor is a budget-friendly option where we create your balloon garland or themed decor in advance, and you simply pick it up, take it home, and set it up yourself! No delivery or on-site setup required.
How far in advance should I order?
📅 We require at least 5–7 days’ notice.
Last-minute bookings are not guaranteed and may be subject to a rush fee or limited theme availability.
What Garland sizes are available?
We offer 4 ft, 6 ft, 8 ft, and 12 ft garlands — each fully assembled and might be packaged for safe transport.
How do I transport the garland?
Garlands come assembled and ready to go. You’ll need a large SUV, van, or truck with seats down. Please measure your vehicle and let us know what size you’re ordering so we can advise accordingly.
How big are the rentals, and will they fit in my vehicle?
Our Grab & Go Rental Items are designed to be compact and easy to transport!
And yes — in most cases, our rental items fit in a standard-size vehicle (like an small SUV or sedan with the back seats down).
The set of 3 display cylinders nests together (one inside the other), making them space-efficient.
Our backdrops are lightweight metal stands with a removable fabric cover, rolled or folded for easy handling.
We highly recommend to put the seats down to ensure everything fits, especially with the balloon garland included.

How long can I keep the rental items?
Rentals are for up to 24–48 hours, depending on your event needs. We’ll confirm your return deadline when you book.
Do you deliver or set up?
Not with Grab & Go. These are pickup-only and self-install. If you need full delivery, styling, and breakdown, check out our Full-Service Decor Packages.
How do I return the rentals?
You’ll return them to our Kissimmee, FL location at your scheduled return time. Items must be packed properly to avoid damage during transport. We will give all the instructions during pick up.
