Policies:
A small amount of LED Balloons can be purchased on the same day as long as we have availability to make them.
Purchases of 6 to 14 Bubble LED Balloons or more MUST be placed at least 3 to 5 days in advance.
Large purchases of 15 or more MUST be placed at least 10 days in advance.
